The Zero effluent discharge has become the way out of water pollution for the Environment protection agency but for the business owners, who are already running plants, it is very difficult. Even for new plants, it is essential to plan for a ZLD system as that is a form of future planning for pollution prevention.

The zero liquid discharge system also means that the plant can be located at a place, where direct discharge is not possible.

The scrubber system that can be used for the filtering of the particulate matter and the proper disposal of the same. It can also be used for the prevention of other types of air pollution that can cause detrimental damage to the environment.

  • Zero liquid discharge

    The Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems are essential step to eliminate liquid effluent. It comprises the multi-effect evaporation plant and one of the following dryer units:

    • Prilling dryer
    • Pusher Centrifuge
    • Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD)
    • Spray Dryer

  • Scrubber system

    The scrubber systems prevent the air pollution caused by certain particulate matters that are present in the air, which must be treated to prevent the direct discharge of the toxic. The scrubber systems that we provide are:

    • Dry type
    • Wet type
